Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Strong knowledge of the GCC and AFRICA MARKET
In-depth knowledge of international & local industrial products
Experience in handling teams across different skill sets, levels and functions in the local market
Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Excellent communication skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Must be willing to travel in Hong Kong, 2 weeks in a month
Work Location: Dubai and Hong Kong
