• Perform and document inspections of property units to include snags related to Civil/MEP/joinery disciplines
• Liaise with site team to ensure snagging issues are rectified to the correct standard
• Direct unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Analyses, references and records all documentation
• Provides periodic updates to Management
