Operations:
• Maintaining upkeep of the spa by ensuring cleanliness, timely repairs and hygiene.
• Maintaining employee roster to ensure minimal overtime hours
• Maintain logs for stock purchase, issue and participate in monthly inventory count
• Identify new product line and negotiate with vendor on pricing, discounts
• Approve bills of suppliers and reconcile with quantity received. Provide and follow up on invoices presented to accounts
• Participate in monthly MIS review and take lead in developing annual budgets for the spa
• Promoting and selling retail products
Marketing / Revenue:
• Engage with marketing agency to setup marketing calendar for the year
• Define specific KPI’s with set targets during the month to boost revenue
• Manage social media ad campaigns within the budget allocated
• Review monthly campaign productivity on a cost benefit ratio
• Engage within group for tie ups during their campaign, events and roadshows
• Develop strategies for advertisement in print and other media
• Supports in revenue generating ideas and initiatives
Customer Management:
• Interact with customers and get feedback on the level of satisfaction and improvement recommended
• Suggest action points for improvement of guest experience in Spa unilaterally and based on feedback received
• Address grievance of guests with appropriate timely action
• Log all customer feedback and discuss with management on a periodic basis highlighting adverse comments
• Upselling membership plans to guests and sending reminders to existing members for renewal
• Supports front office for bookings and queries
