• Developing and maintaining new database contacts and details of potential customers.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Searching constantly for new client generating chances to meet the company targets.
• Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of product offered.
• Developing sales target clients, which increase sales to company from small industries and corporate customers.
• Processes customer orders and updates client information in computer database system.
• Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
• Tracks daily, weekly, or monthly personal sales and direct report to the manager.
• Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times.
• Communicating with the existing accounts to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
• Adhering to the company external or internal customer care and equal opportunity procedures and policies.
• Ensuring the correct maintenance of follow-up procedures to the potential client’s Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
• Responsible for making sales by contacting and offering our services to the targeted clients.
• Understanding the product benefits and advantages.
• Conducting regular research to monitor competitors’ activities to continuously search for new business opportunities and keep increasing sales in the region.
• Find out prospective customers/clients and new target segment and penetrate sales in that area.
• Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors, latest innovation of the products.
Education and Experience:
• Hold Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 3-4 years of recent and relevant work experience in same position.
• Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to present to various audiences.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize, set goals and meet demands under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the team but also individually.
