Description
Working across a number of project streams and priorities, the Web Developer will be creating solutions that accomplish a range of e-commerce goals whilst keeping consistent and high quality development standards. This is a key role in the team and will feature some client facing requirements, communicating new features and platform improvements.
* Responsible for managing, designing, coding and modifying websites and apps, from layout to function according to specifications
* Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions
* Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
* Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle with a focus on front-end development
* Act as a bridge between Magento, user design/functionality and back-end development
* Conceptualise, design and implement new features
* Consult clients on new features and improvements when necessary

Requirements
* Deep expertise and 3-4 years hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as, MVC, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JS Framework (e.g. REACT, AngularJS), jQuery, Bootstrap 4, Pug, Sass, JS Stack, Web Programming Skills, Web User Interface Design (UI), Web User Experience (UX), Security Principles, Object-Oriented Design
* Key experience contributing to development of successful e-commerce/transactional websites
* Hands on experience working with Magento (ideally Magento 2.0)
* Enjoy working in a team environment and actively participating to solve problems
* General knowledge of back end development, ability to bridge gap between front and back end and be versatile with tasks
* Experience working with agile methodology
* Good communication skills and comfortable representing the business client side
