This role will be responsible for lead and sales generation activities in different countries for both B2B and B2C. Activities include setting of appointments and following up on potential sales and queries. The main objective is to meet sales targets.
Business Generation
• Cold-call and direct email, prospective and existing customers.
• Develop customer database.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
Sales
• Communicate and reply to customers through the company chatting tool to complete the sales process.
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
• Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities.
• Direct prospects and leads to the Sales Team when needed.
• Explain products and services.
• Take inbound calls and place orders.
• Upsell products and services.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
• Record and process sales in the system.
Customer Service & After-Sales
• Resolve customer issues about orders or payment information.
• Follow-up on orders delivered.
• Answer any product queries or give basic technical guidance.
Administration and Record Keeping
• Keep records and notes of communications and sales.
• Maintain customer database.
Reporting & Communication
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Communicate and send order reports.
Other
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains technical knowledge by staying abreast with new product offerings.
المهارات
• Minimum two years’ experience in similar outbound/direct sales role.
• Knowledge of IT and AV products.
• FLUENT in English and/or Arabic.
• Good knowledge and experience with sales strategies.
• Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientated.
• Relationship builder – friendly, approachable, professional and reliable personality.
