1. Performing Level 1 Troubleshooting across different verticals.
2. Tickets issuance towards internal and external teams.
3. Ability to perform daily audits.
4. Ability to troubleshooting on connectivity issues (IPBB, RAN & PS nodes).
5. Dealing with different types of gateways.
6. on time escalation via appropriate channels and via defined process.
المهارات
-Education level: Bachelor degree of Telecommunication & Electrical engineering.
-Experience:
At least 3 years of experience of hands on PS core nodes tracing on Huawei nodes.
2 years in IoT & M2M or relative fields and competence with gateways.
Operations experience is a plus.
Specific:
Perfect command of one of the programming language preferred Java or Python.
Perfect excel sheet skills.
