-Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
-Monthly, quarterly and annual finalization of financial statements as per IFRS with the relevant financial analysis to ensure quality control
-Coordinating and completing external audits and internal group audit, including an audit of distributors’ investments and claims
-Ensuring compliance with local tax regulation and managing regular tax filling
-Ensuring prompt collection of accounts receivable and managing cash flow
-Improve current ERP software processes to ensure efficiency of accounting operations
-Conducting regular profitability studies by brand, country and by customer
المهارات
-Have at least 5-7 years audit and accounting experience, trained in the Big 4
-Have significant experience in internal controls, process improvement and financial reporting
-Be a strong team player with leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills
-Russian speaking would be advantageous, but not essential
