Role Overview
The successful candidate will be supporting IT Project Managers as required on projects relevant to the customer unit, for example, writing solution architecture documents or by providing domain advice for application support and development, manage the functional implementation and user training activities etc.
المهارات
The IT Solution Architect will be a domain expert for the assigned business area and will provide consulting service to the Business and to vendor project teams.
Skills / Environment
Experience working in an IT Solution Architect capacity
TOGAF or similar certification
Ideally, experience in one of the following:
• Content Management
• Customer Engagement
• Customer Experience Management
• Customer Service Management
• E-Commerce
