As an established recruiting partner to this prestigious global organisation, we have been asked to identify a Contract Agile Business Analyst to join a new, but ambition sector of this organisation. Experiencing a constant growth in the mobile device market, this role has been created as part of a Web and Mobile Solution design team. You will be part of a team building and improving the customer experience across multiple platforms interfacing to a complex landscape of systems and applications.
With customer experience their key focus, you will form part of a forward-thinking team of technical and business experts working on large scale projects. With the goal to deliver a complex landscape of systems and applications, this organisation is seeking a driven and determined Technical Business Analyst who is capability of liaising with stakeholder of all levels and is able to gather full understanding of user stories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participating in workshops with key stakeholders to capture user stories.
• Refining user stories, ensuring they have clearly defined and testable acceptance criteria.
• Working closely with the Scrum teams, contributing to functional design and solution
• Ensuring technical solution meets requirements and functional solution.
• Working closely with the QA and SIT test teams to ensure successful rollout of new features.
• Supporting UAT to investigate and assist in resolution of defects raised.
• Demonstrating completed user stories to stakeholders.
• Maintaining functional specifications
• Working closely with Product Owner and other Business Analysts within the program to ensure integrity of the end-to-end solution.
• Applies a detailed business understanding and technical knowledge to create solutions that will aid in delivering tangible business value.
• Work with the business SME’s to identify and analyse redundant and inefficient processes and
o Designs new processes and workflow charts by analyzing requirements,
o Coordinates overall functional design of business systems; integration of business services and information security
o Creates conceptual, logical and physical data model structures along with data attributes, its relationships and dependency rules
