JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for sales administration duties, supporting sales initiatives by preparing collaterals and other related sales promotional materials, carrying out competitor research as directed by Sales Managers, attending to guest in house sales related enquiry and any walk-in clients requiring show around. Participating in sales blitz, mail blitz and other mail shots as required.
Nature & Scope:
• Responsible for sales administration duties, supporting sales initiatives by preparing collaterals and other related sales promotional materials, attending to guest in house sales related enquiry and any walk-in clients requiring show around. Participating in sales blitz, mail blitz and other mail shots as required.
• To perform general sales administrative functions and secretarial duties.
• To assist in all job follow-ups.
• To compile database and ensure proper filing for the Sales department.
• To prepare monthly sales report for DOS.
• To handle walk-ins for site inspections and prepare quotations.
• In charge of mail outs and sales collaterals.
• To co-ordinate sales collateral for sales blitz and trade exhibition and sales promotion in general.
• To assist Sales Managers in drafting sales contracts and leases and prepare for signatures by DOS where appropriate.
• Assisting in research pertaining to competitors and other relevant matters impacting the sales activities.
• Checking on correspondences and documents before dispatching and filing.
• Arranging show apartment during the absence of all sales personnel.
• Attending daily sales briefing and minutes of meeting.
• Staff information updates, i.e. leave, m/c, outstation call, etc.
• Responsible for control of corporate gifts, stationery, store items and requisitions.
• Any other duties that may be delegated from time to time.
• Must be actively involved in in-house activities and present a positive attitude.
• Time management: always be punctual for meeting deadlines.
المهارات
• Bachelr’s degree / higher education qualification
• Knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Must speak English and other languages preferred.
