Job Description and Requirements
Design process flows as per client requirements.
Maintain communication with clients, 3PL and other international partners.
Monitor international day to day operations and study the issues regarding delay, returns and customs.
Coordinate with tech teams to solve technical issues and find long term solutions.
Ensure prompt responses to any enquires from clients and other stakeholders.
Ensure international movement of orders go smoothly with shortest lead times and minimize missing and damaged orders
Connect internal and external stakeholders for every issue to resolve the problem at the earliest
Preparation of Internal Analysis Report
Creation of Internal and External SOPs
Educational Qualification
Logistics and Supply Chain Management Training
Knowledge on Ecommerce markets
Management / Executive training
