Job Description and Requirements
Working on identifying high impact projects in fetchr Operations mainly focusing on Finance, Technology and internal Operations. Identifying a sustainable project prioritization methodology to have a clear sight on the short and long term impacts through this role
Creating detailed project plans and project lifecycle with clearly identified impact/timelines across the planning phase for all objectives in the short and long term
Working with all cross functional stakeholders while executing projects and measuring actual impact of the new implementations, Feeding this back into the planning loop continuously and diligently executing the next steps to ensure that the objectives are met
Perform financial and operational modelling for our initiatives as a part of project due diligence and scalability
Perform risk analysis for our operations and creating risk mitigation planning with our Operations/ Legal/ Finance teams
Getting your hands dirty during pre and post project executions to ensure standardized executions across geographies and business models
Be a SPOC of new products or projects were are about to launch globally
Who are we looking for?
3-6 years of experience in Consulting/Analytics/Supply Chain Management
A degree in Commerce/Finance/Management along with an interesting personality
Demonstrated experience in personally executing cross functional projects with measurable and sustainable impact
A really ambitious and driven individual who does not like the words ‘no’ ‘cannot be done’
