Build best-of-class Research & Development team by leading, managing and supervising the team as Head of R&D;Manage a team of highly skilled Hardware Engineers and Software Engineers
Hire, develop and lead a team of software and hardware engineers responsible for the design, development and deployment of next generation technologies
Lead the creation of precise function-level designs that efficiently implement the specified features.
Participate in evaluation of development processes and tools to facilitate ongoing operational improvement.
Support QA, Install, Support and other departments with escalated technical issues where relevant.
Defining measurable metrics to gauge progress against objective support goals.
Identification and deployment of advanced technologies
Regular interactions with various internal teams and external business owners, to help understand requirements & business priorities, define evaluation models and drive improvements
Design, Implement and Support the tools (product) development and automation for standardized processes.
