Analyst - Employee Service Centre

What you’ll deliver
You’ll be responsible for managing and responding to employee queries, ensuring that a solution is given, in line with Dubai Airports policies and procedures
You’ll liaise with other HR functions to manage employee requests
You’ll ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to employees at all times
You’ll continually work to develop HR processes and procedures based on employee feedback and concerns
What you bring
You’ll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
You should have at least 3 years experience in the field of HR
Advanced computer literacy
Fluent level of English
