Senior Manager - Employee Engagement

What you’ll deliver
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of Dubai Airports Employee Engagement programmes
You’ll lead the annual employee engagement survey from design through to evaluation in collaboration with other HR functions and business units
You’ll work to identify opportunities for employee events relating to culture, sports, family among others
You’ll continually work to develop engagement strategies for the organisation
What you bring
You’ll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
You should have at least 5 years experience handling employee engagement programmes and initiatives
Experience working with in-depth engagement surveys and analysis of results
Project Management expertise
