Our client, a well-known company in the Middle East, is looking for a Demand Planner to be based in Dubai. A successful candidate will play an essential role in the supply chain of the company.
As the Demand Planner, you must perform the following duties:
develop strategic product and target plans, demand forecastsmaintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demandsdevelop a seasonal budgetspropose volumes and ideal stock flowmonitor orders and merchandise deliverysupport management with risk assessments and mitigation activitiessales and events analysiswork with various departments to achieve targets
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 3 years of Demand Planning (or similar) experience and in total minimum 5 years of experiencePreferably in the Fashion Retail industry;preferably with an experience from the UKknowledge on MFP, AP, LP, Merchandise Planning and AnalyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills;Strong organizational and analytical skills;Passionate, commercial and driven individual
