Our client is a multinational leader in every area of automation and access control.
They are currently recruiting for a Distribution Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the distribution sales team, existing distribution key accounts, new accounts development and carry out all necessary activities for the products family and market development. The role will cover the ME territory with focus on distribution items in Access Control and Access Automation products.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the department strategy understanding market dynamics, anticipating business trends with leadership and business acumen.
Proactively guide and monitor the Distribution team, supervising and supporting their activity.
Manage the Distribution pipeline and sales, improving hits and success rate
Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact
Take ownership of major accounts
Forecasting, planning, and reporting of revenues on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales.

Experience and Qualifications Required
University Degree or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Possesses excellent communication and listening skills.
Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues.
Possesses excellent time management and can prioritize workload and maintain own and reports sales pipeline.
