Project Manager

Up to 35,000 AED per month all-in plus family status
The Project
• A large scale EPC project in the Power & Utilities sector.
The Role
• Working as part of the owners team and reporting to the Construction Director, acting as Deputy to the Construction Director.
• Represent the Developer at meetings with the EPC Contractor consortium.
• Site based role, mostly desk based responsibilities.
• Oversee and manage a lot of detailed documentation and contracts.
• Manage the interface with the EPC Contractor and other stakeholders.
• Provide a high level of engineering, technical and contractual oversight during the construction and commissioning phases.
• In this role you will have a high level of interaction with the EPC Contractor but you will not be managing the relationship with the EPC Contractor.

المهارات
The Candidate
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years experience in the construction and commissioning of power projects.
• Owners engineering background with experience on similar CCGT projects in the GCC will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong technical background, with previous design experience and contract management skills.
