HSE Manager
Dubai, UAE
Up to 35,000 AED per month all-in plus family status
The Project
• Large scale EPC project in the Energy sector.
The Role
• Working as part of the owners team and reporting to the Construction Director.
• Identify and manage the risks associated with HSE on the project. This is a site based role with mostly desk based responsibilities.
• Oversee and audit the HSE Management System implemented by the EPC Consortium.
• Represent the owner in meetings with the EPC Contractors on HSE related matters.
• Perform regular audits, documenting and reporting on non-conformances.
• Liaise with external parties like the H&S;Regulator and Environmental Regulator.
• Perform audits on the workers accommodation and other social responsibility considerations.
• Oversee and audit environmental considerations – E.g. emissions testing.

المهارات
The Candidate
• Formal HSE qualifications – NEBOSH Diploma as a minimum.
• 15 years experience in similar roles.
• Previous expertise in HSE Behavioural Management.
• Previous experience on complex EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochem or Power.
• Previous experience working for the Developer and/or Owners Engineer will be a distinct advantage.
• Expertise in identifying and managing risk while developing a world class HSE culture.
