Lead Production Engineer

Job Description and Requirements
Responsible for review of Client tender documentation – specifications, drawings, 3D model, bill of quantities, schedule and preparation of yard production bid package including but not limited to building methodology, DAP, construction area allocation, production trade man-hour verification, attend discussions with Client, review and endorse production schedule.

Post tender award activities – organize and distribute documentation for production trades, monitor set parameters through project execution. Collect and organize production data and KPIs for future tendering and productivity improvements.

Lead, manage and coordinate Bit Team within Production Division.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in a similar position in a similar size shipyard/construction yard

Familiarity (hands on) with CAD software

Degree in Naval Architecture Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Welding and Material codes

Auto Cad and 3D modelling

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Off Shore Yard or Shipyard with minimum 5 years in similar position.
