Provides leadership, guidance and advice for the CEO of a government entity. Is responsible for overseeing, monitoring and quality assuring all projects, initiatives, activities and events undertaken by the organization. Is a strategist, consultant and implementer, responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the organization.

Leadership, Guidance and Oversight
• Assists the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making.
• Provides advice on staffing, budget and operational matters.
• Provides advice and regular reports on projects, initiatives, activities and events undertaken and ensures that they are feasible, viable of high impact and completed within budget, at the highest quality and on time.
Essential skills
Able to:
• manage tasks and teams demonstrating flexibility, compassion, tolerance and decisiveness.
• evaluate projects, initiatives, activities and events and their impact.
• communicate at an excellent level.
Education & experience requirements
• Minimum of a Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten years’ experience as a manager and leader in any private sector, government, non-government, not-for-profit or educational institution or organization.
• Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of interacting effectively with senior management.
• Proven ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects, initiatives, activities and events successfully.
• High degree of computer competency using email, Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), web-based tools.
• Bilingual (English/Arabic) is preferable; English is essential.
