الوصف الوظيفي Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene and security Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions Liaise with clients and suppliers and offer superior customer service by maintaining professional and courteous relationships Plan workflow, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results Train, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve set workflow and KPI’s Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems المهارات Minimum qualification - Bachelor’s degree Minimum 7 years of experience within the 3PL industry in which 3 years are in a leadership role of a warehouse or distribution center Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases Leadership skills and ability to manage a team Excellent communication skills Experience in cold chain operations preferred تفاصيل الوظيفة |
