A Program Management Intern is responsible for being initializing and coordinating programs to improve or sustain metrics pertaining to our 7 pillars of our Operations:

Customer and Client experience

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking who interns who can:
Initiate and coordinate programs which will lead to improvements on the KPI’s set for global operations
Work with the global operation leads in defining and measuring the metrics under the 7 pillars of operations by creating weekly reports and dashboards along with gap analysis on any misses in targets
The minuting of critical meetings between the Operations leadership and coordinating the action points aligned on
Bringing an outsiders view and innovation in our order value stream
Program management interns
Analytical
Ready to work at the warehouse and hungry to learn
Should be pursuing an MBA or equivalent degree
Should be well versed with SQL and Advanced excel
Should be a resident/student in UAE S
Should be willing to work in a warehouse and get their hands dirty
