الوصف الوظيفي Quest Search & Selection is working with a principal automotive brand in Dubai and they are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The successful applicant will ideally come for a premium, principal background with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. My client is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial flair to sales and marketing, with excellent management capabilities. Responsibilities: Managing dealerships Work with both internal and external resources to define and implement sales targets (GCC) Regular monitoring of sales performances and business models Regular reports, market visits and business meetings to define sales strategies Assist the marketing department in running sales campaigns, product launches and market activities Key Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years’ in a leading Automotive organisation (manufacturer/distributor).Proven track record in sales Strong dealership management capabilities Strong commercial acumen Strong marketing analysis capabilities GCC market knowledge is a MUST Strong background in managing large multicultural teams We request that candidates send their CV as a Microsoft Word document where possible.
