eMagine have an excellent opportunity for a 2nd jobber with at least 12 months of work experience to join our exciting, forward-thinking consultancy in their Executive Search practice, working across C-Suite roles.
We are investing and expanding across the GCC over the next 24 months and are looking for like minded individuals to make it happen!

Your responsibilities as an Associate Researcher on the Executive Search Team will include generating excellent relationships with your candidates and clients - you’ll be filtering applications, reviewing CVs, interviewing, headhunting - all before you put forward your shortlist of candidates for a client.
You’ll need to become highly knowledgeable about the market, roles, and requirements of senior level roles. You will also be tasked with producing detailed search reports for your Senior Consultants as an Associate Researcher, which will give your recommendations and suitability of the candidates and feedback throughout the interview process.

• How to structure a client and candidate call
• How to handle objections
• Key information about eMagine Solutions and what differentiates the business!
• How to negotiate rates and terms
• How to pitch for exclusivity
• How to run a client and candidate meeting
• How to manage the recruitment process
• How to develop your market knowledge to become a specialist in the market
Your training will run for first 18 months in recruitment, often split into a few phases as you progress through the business and you will be supported by your Managers, Directors and the Learning & Development Team.
