The purpose of the Senior Associate - Delivery Planning & Integration (People) role is to support the Delivery Planning & Integration Manager (People) in all aspects of People related tasks, including but not limited to, manpower planning, training planning and implementation for Event Operations in the lead up to the event, and during event time.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- One single point of contact for HR, Workforce, Training etc. for EOP (Event Operations);
- Is the main custodian for the Department’s Manpower Plan, ensuring it remains up to date and accurate;
- Drives all recruitment related activities across the Department in a consistent way, mitigating and/or escalating risks & issues when required;
- Lead the manpower planning for EOP – including challenging and validating all requested roles;
- Liaise with HR to arrange the EOP interviews and general recruitment;
- Ensure consistency across the department in Manpower requirements – skills required, years’ experience, interviewing etc;
- Responsible for developing the Training Strategy for Event Operations and from this building a training budget and calendar/schedule for Event Operations workforce in conjunction with Training & Development team;
- Develops an integrated delivery plan for all role-specific training across the department. This needs to include expected volume, duration, location and format of training.
المهارات
2+ years’ Project Management experience, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training programs at all levels including Leadership training to Director Level;
- Strong facilitation skills, with training qualification (e.g. MTA/Lego Business etc.);
- Experience in mega events;
- Experience in Human Resource and/or Training.
