The Manager Stakeholder Technical Services is responsible for stakeholder technical services provision and delivery management in coordination within the technical services functional area that supports the Security Department; this includes but not be limited to technical services delivery measurements/management, technical support and management.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage all stakeholder’s technical services facilitation, its operation and maintenance for all stakeholders’ security systems;
- Manage the stakeholder technical services that are functionally linked and are in line with the business continuity requirement and KPI terms of reference;
- Stakeholder Technical Services KPI setup & best practice benchmarks for the technical operation and maintenance;
- Oversee the stakeholder security system technical services delivery management, system administration, technical support and interface management;
- Undertake detailed business continuity planning for stakeholder technical services operation;
- Act as the functional integrator with other departments for technical services operation and maintenance;
- Liaise with all external stakeholders on technical issues as required to meet departmental goals;
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time to meet business needs as directed by the Head of Technical Services.
المهارات
- 5 years’ work experience;
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a major in Electricals & Electronics Engineering with ICT;
- Demonstrated Security Systems Operation & Maintenance experience;
- Demonstrated Customer support experience;
- Technical Services delivery KPI background
- Ability to manage large volumes of data from multiple sources;
- Expert user of MS Office, including Visio and Project and other information management software;
- Flexible to handle short notice requirements.
