الوصف الوظيفي Develop new business opportunities and facilitate return business to achieve revenue goals Maximizing sales and meeting profit and financial expectations Confer with customers in the pre, during and post planning and execution of their functions and events Develop and maintain relationship with client business units, vendor support services Maintain positive relationships with all client employees, constantly in contact with frequent customers and VIP’s, and ensure timely response to all inquiries for space or service needs; Monitor and respond to all phone, email and voicemail requests responding to customer requests Complete focus on customer service and satisfaction, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude while juggling the requests of high profile and demanding clientele; proactively determine last minute item requests in order to efficiently, yet effectively, respond to all customers’ needs and requests Must effectively plan and communicate to all departments both the expressed and implied needs of the customer; Work closely with both union on-site staff and agency service staff for seamless execution of events • Act as a liaison between Catering & Events team, and all customers Planning new promotions and initiatives, and contributing to business development; Maximizing sales and meeting profit and financial expectations
Minimum 3 years catering sales experience in Dubai. Excellent contract negotiation skills. Presentable Target driven Can work in a highly fast paced business operation.
