We are recruiting a Sales Coordinator for a manufacturer of luxury jewellery and watches.

Description
Support the Sales Department with all commercial tasksAssist the Sales Department on annual forecast budget by partnerAssist the Sales Department on Pre - Basel and Basel forecastAssist the Sales Department on quarterly reportsMonitor and analyze sell-inFollow-up on the partners’ back orders (cross check done every month stock vs. latest shipping list to push deliveries)Develop delivery plans for ageing pieces on the back ordersMonthly collect, monitor and analyse the sell-outSell-out reportsMonthly replenishment order proposal to partnersSupport High Jewellery requestsIn-depth stock analysis to ensure a good assortment of products per partner and POSCore Range implementation per POSSuggest creative ideas to develop watches & jewellery special editions for the Middle East marketFollow-up on watches & jewellery special editions for the Middle East marketMonitor the best-sellers by market (sell-in & sell-out) and coordinate with the Marketing TeamIncentives implementation and follow-upSupport on the organization and attendance to watches & Jewellery exhibitions (Doha & Bahrain)Follow-up on exhibitions costsCustomer service follow-upIn charge of all consignment collections with Office CoordinatorIn charge of competitors events feedback presentationsConduct Market visitsSupport Marketing team with sales and stock analysis
Profile
Bachelor in Business Administration degree required
2-years’ experience in a similar position
To know and understand the luxury market
To know and understand the Middle East, Levant and GCC local Scene
To be very organized
To be fluent in English (French, German and Arabic are a plus)
To be able to communicate well with people of all levels
