Sales Executive (Readymix) - Ajman

Job Purpose:
Key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes organizing sales visits. Demonstrating / presenting products.
Principal Accountabilities:
Health & Safety
• Zero personal involvement in accidents.
• Required to submit Near miss & VFL reports.
• Communication of Health & Safety policies and issues to all subordinates.
• Commit to and achieve policy rules on limits of working hours by employees.
• Report and document all accidents / incidents / Near misses for himself/herself and his/her team in the approved company format.
Environmental Management (Environmental Management Skills)
• Awareness and adherence to statutory regulations and decrees.
• Respects and follows procedures in place
• Indicates a non-compliance or environmental incident
Sales
• Ensure delivering volumes for the plant and achieve monthly sales targets
• Carry out customer segmentation / Market survey to identify target market.
• Visit customer prospects to assess their current and future demands / requirements and negotiate prices, volumes and extra services.
• Monitor daily activities of the plant
• To collect the payments from regular customers and new customers.

Internal Controls
• Support Head of Sales with the Internal Control topics suggest improvements and test (when required) the processes and controls within his own preview.
Competition law
• Is aware of competition law and adapts his behaviour by knowing it.
General:
• As required, conduct other duties requested by the Head of Sales or his delegate to ensure the professional operations.
Principal interfaces: Internally working with Head of Sales, Sales team, & Production team
Dimensions & Budgets:
• To achieve the annual budget terms of volume. Participate and recommend the annual budget.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Should be a Graduate and have Sales & Marketing skills and knowledge of local market.
• Should possess skills to delegate and communicate effectively with the team as well as the customer’s
• Communication in English a must. Arabic, Hindi and any other local languages widely spoken will be an added advantage.
