My client one of the top international architectural practice with a long standing reputation of delivering creative and innovative designs for high-end commercial and hospitality projects globally, has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Architect to join their expanding team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence and promoting design innovation across the team. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through to completion and for ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest of international standards. This is a client facing role with responsibility for managing multiple design interfaces, liaising with local authorities and coordinating with other disciplines and consultants.
المهارات
To be successful in this role you must have a BA Architecture or equivalent and have 8+ years’ experience. A strong background in design and project coordination of large-scale complex projects, as well as strong leadership and people management experience are essential. The individual should be highly capable in Revit and be prepared to assist the team with the program as required. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
