Job Summary :
We’re looking for a Director, Recruiting to join our team and leads the organization’s recruiting efforts and head of the entire recruitment department. The Director of Recruiting determines the strategic direction and objectives of the recruiting department, which in turn supports the organization’s growth while simultaneously maintaining its culture and quality standards.
The Director of Recruiting leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition tactics and leads the evaluation of the entire recruiting function, strategies, and procedures in order to find opportunities for improvement. The Director of Recruiting oversees full cycle recruitment in support of all of the business’s functions. He explores and implements practices that allow the business to attract top most talent to the business.
Critical to achieving excellent results, is the ability of the Director of Recruiting to build strong relationships and deliver results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.

Job Details :
• Manage, coach, and grow a high performing talent acquisition team to deliver results across the entire organization
• Work with executives and managers to proactively identify hiring needs and align recruitment priorities and strategies
• Have an exceptionable ability to tell the company’s growth & progress in a way that speaks to a job seeker’s motivation, career goals, and interests
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
• Develop and implement hiring strategies and recruiting processes that result in timely and cost effective hires
• Create, manage and expedite candidate pipelines for critical roles through constant and aggressive outreach efforts
• Research latest trends in employment branding including Social Media recruiting, career site design/traffic and progressive sourcing techniques
• Work with the Department Heads & Management to ensure headcount forecasts are aligned with recruitment realities in terms of project requirements etc.
• Work with our headquarters senior team to identify and implement improvements and updates to our recruitment system including system workflows, custom fields and reporting functionality
• Manage external staffing vendors, negotiate terms on agreements with new vendors, work with legal as needed to draft updates to language in agreements, when required.
• Have exceptional Leadership ability
• The candidate must have a proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating.
Education :
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience :
10+ to 15 years of working experience in a senior recruiting position, preferably working as a Head of Recruiting in a Software industry / Banking sectors.
Other requirements :
• Past experience developing multiple programs for talent acquisition including outbound recruiting, referral programs etc.
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals or both.
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality.
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a rich story through data
