Oversees the operations of construction chemicals application company mainly involved in protective coatings, industrial & car park flooring, concrete repair & strengthening, crack injection and waterproofing. The company is an approved applicator for BASF, Fosroc, Mapei, Flowcrete, Kansai, AkzoNobel, etc.
Plans, manages, and implements schedules to ensure deadlines are met, and maintains a high-quality standard of execution of work. Meet monthly targets of invoicing ensuring quality work has be carried out. Manage the 3 M’s.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Act as direct report for all supervisors
• Plan day-to-day use of materials and human resources effectively
• Ensure equipment & material is purchased at the right price
• Make effective management decisions that will help the company operations run smoothly
• Monitor costing on project to ensure it is below or as budgeted
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Conduct regular meetings with Project Manager around planning and execution
• Coordinate with Foreman, Charge hands and workers to ensure they are motivated
• Reconcile monthly activity, generating reports, and related requirements
• Assist Finance Department in monitoring cash flow
• Manage contracts and reimbursement requests
• Develop long-range forecasts and maintain long-range financial plans
• Maintain good vendor relationships
