The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections in order to ensure performance standards & procedures of FM Services provider’s performance is in line with the applicable standards and meets business objectives. The role holder is also responsible for scheduling inspections, generating inspection reports on non-compliances and sharing the details with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that all deviations to standards are escalated and corrective actions are completed.
