- Being the team lead for small projects in coordination with internal or external teams for e.g. designs and builds securityauthorizations; ensures compliance to security policies (SOD) and procedures and resolves access problems and securityincidents if and when required and therefore responsible for:- Delivery of project phase in the area of responsibility- Responsible for status reporting- To support following SAP application areas as Security Administrator:- SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP7 (SUSE Linux-SAP HANA environment)- SAP Fiori Apps (HCM, MM, PS, ETM etc..)- SAP Enterprise NetWeaver Portal 7.4 (SUSE Linux-SAP HANA environment)- SAP Webdispatcher 7.53 (SUSE Linux)- SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (SUSE Linux-SAP Sybase)- SAP Document Management System 6.5 (SUSE Linux-SAP MaxDB)- SAP Mobility Platform 3.0 (Windows-SAP Sybase)

- Experience Security Design and Administration in above mentioned systems- Experience in SAP License Management, Central User Administration and Segregation Of Duties- Experience in Implementation & Daily Support/Operations of Segregation Of Duties Solution- To verify and provide the SAP Authorization to the users in all SAP systems mentioned above- Performs security administration of SAP; designs and builds security authorizations; ensures compliance to security policiesand procedures; and resolves access problems and security incidents.- Ability to manage multiple & complex security projects and apply expert knowledge of business and technical processes.- Requirement Analysis, Solution Design and documentation in the area of SAP Security/Authorizations. Support anddevelopment of SAP Security/Authorizations controls- To coordinate with SAP internal & external consultants and provide all the support, advice and requirements in all technicalmatters during and after implementation of SAP projects- Ensure SLA’s and Audit ComplianceCore Responsibilities SAP Basis- Being the team lead for small projects in coordination with internal or external teams for e.g. patch upgrades, release upgrades,database upgrades, implementation of SAP applications as well as non-SAP applications if and when required and thereforeresponsible for:- Delivery of project phase in the area of responsibility- Responsible for status reporting- To understand the needs of SAP system landscape and software requirements. Monitor and follow-up for effectiveperformance of the same- To support following SAP application areas as system administrator:- SAP ECC 6.0 with EHP7 (SUSE Linux-SAP HANA environment)- SAP Fiori Apps (HCM, MM, PS, ETM etc..)- SAP Enterprise NetWeaver Portal 7.4 (SUSE Linux-SAP HANA environment)- SAP Webdispatcher 7.53 (SUSE Linux)- SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (SUSE Linux-SAP Sybase)- SAP Document Management System 6.5 (SUSE Linux-SAP MaxDB)- SAP Mobility Platform 3.0 (Windows-SAP Sybase)- Strong install/upgrade/migrate/configure/integrate experience with various SAP Business Suite components- Experience or knowledge of HANA Migration/Administration/Operations and daily support related activities- Experience or knowledge of FIORI Apps.- Experience to install Business Objects and setup with ERP system.- Experience in system refresh using backup – restore method.- Configuration and execution of SAP change control functions including Charm, TMS etc...- Client Management activities such as Client Creation, Client Copy, Client Export, and Remote Client Copy.- Database Management activities such as Backup, Restoration, Table Space Administration etc...- Experience of Enterprise Portal System Administration, Content Administration and UME.- To ensure that all SAP change transports went through Development, Quality and Production systems- Ensure that backup procedures are adequately adhered to it.- To coordinate with SAP internal & external consultants and provide all the support, advice and requirements in all technicalmatters during and after implementation of SAP projects- Ensure SAP systems are maintained at the highest level of support plan, set procedures and provide reliable and securesystem for business applications- To Provide SAP technical support to the Functional Analysts and end users through Solution Manager or any other third partyIT Service Desk toolSelf- Management Responsibilities- Agree on the performance goals at the beginning of the year in discussion with the reporting manager- Take personal initiative and strive to achieve high levels of proficiency on all the tasks to be performed as a part of the role- Actively seek inputs from superiors and peers, to identify opportunities for improving own performance and developing owncapability- Identify the training and development requirements for self and agree on them with the reporting managerPerform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/ division objectivesEducational Qualifications- B.Sc.- Information Technology or equivalent, or higher, and- Major in Information Technology, or equivalent- SAP Security Administration CertificationYears of Experience- 3-5 years of experience in SAP Security / SAP Basis (Authorizations) Administration and Implementations- 2-3 full cycle implementationsTechnical Competencies- SAP Security Administration - Expert- SAP Basis Administration – Expert- SAP HANA/SAP MaxDB/Sybase Database Administration - Average- SUSE Linux and Windows Operating System Administration - Average- Server, Storage, Backup, Network Technologies - Average
