Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
The company is a world-renowned leading supplier of technology services. They are looking for a Sales Manager for their Pro Audio division who will be responsible in developing business plan and sales strategy for the Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Conduct assessment and analysis on current market trends and competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and implement appropriate plans/policies
Oversee the operations of sales support teams to ensure appropriate implementation of sales strategies
المهارات
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
At least 3 year experience in sales management, preferably in the pro audio industry
Regional experience in the Middle East is preferred
Successful sales performance track
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Technical audio background (audio transmission/networks)
Willing to travel
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements
