• Achieving objectives for specific sales areas, e.g. wheels, tyres, air conditioning systems, etc.
• Processing selling orders, quotes and invoices.
• Providing customer support and competent technical advice to customers via the phone and face to face at the BMW retailer.
• Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories.
• Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers.
• Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of parts.
• Ensuring appropriate stock and inventory of parts and accessories and assisting with periodically inventory, stocking and shipping.
• Taking back parts in accordance with guidelines (warranty, goodwill, exchange).
المهارات
• Desire to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization.
• Minimum 2-4 years’ work experience in high standards customer service.
• Product knowledge and technical knowledge regarding installation and retrofitting as well as marketing.
• Ability to evolve and adapt with changing business needs.
• Requires a confident, professional manner and a structured, systematic approach.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills with motivation to learn and advance.
• Ability to multi-task while generating accurate, timely and complete output.
• High capacity for teamwork.
