The Company
The company is a Dubai-based corporation with a diverse portfolio in various industries such as real estate, manufacturing and investments.
The Role
We are urgently looking for Real Estate / Leasing Agents for the Real Estate sector of the company covering commercial and residential properties in Dubai. This position will be reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Accountabilities
Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective tenants
Generate lists of properties that are compatible with tenant’s needs and financial resources
Answer clients’ questions regarding financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals
Accompany prospective tenants during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
المهارات
1-2 years experience in a similar role within real estate industry in the UAE
In depth knowledge of market trends in the real estate industry
Must have valid UAE driving license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills
Time Management skills
