To work within the direction and parameters set by the Head of Department to engage with concessionaires to ensure delivery of contractual Key performance indicators of Operations, Revenue and Customer Service. Act as first point of contact for the concessionaire for any operational, contractual or other tasks on behalf of the interest of clients (DXB and DWC). End to end management of contractual performance of the concessionaire. Detailed monitoring of performance and operational standards to ensure delivery of customer service, and income objectives.

-Qualifications and Education:
The job holder will be educated to “Bachelors” degree level or equivalent professional qualification; plus at least four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Experience:
At least 4 years’ experience in the food & beverage, retail or hospitality business at an account executive or category manager level and have demonstrated the management of a multi-stakeholder environment to achieve the desired results
-Training:
Developmental training is required in any area for professional development and/or mandatory purposes.
