1. Integrates SAP products with 3rd party applications (Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)) using different technologies – ALE/IDocs, BAPIs, web services, XML, HTTP, JDBC, File, SOAP, REST, JMS.2. Designs, develops and configures HCI (HANA Cloud Integration), SAP PI/PO components such as B2B Adapter, BPM etc. in support of interface requirements.3. Develop ABAP proxies4. Develop and adapt technical solutions/options into detailed technical design documents, ensuring all functional requirements are met in the technical design

-Experience with module configuration-Experience with functional design/process flows-Experience with solution design-Multi SuccessFactors HCM implementations, including Employee Central implementation experience-Certifications in Success Factors modules including Employee Central-Ability to understand business requirements and manage the conversion of them into -SuccessFactors designs and configuration.-Provide subject matter expertise, across a number of functional, technical and cross platform topics, at the highest levels.-Ability to understand business requirements and manage the conversion of them into SuccessFactors designs and configuration.-Provide subject matter expertise at the highest levels.
