Job Responsibilities Participate in development and execution of a sourcing series of activities including, but not limited to Market visits, Open days, attending related conferences, exhibitions and events to attract and screen competent candidates. Conduct sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, assessing and negotiating employment contracts with candidates in order to recruit competent and proficient personnel. Liaising with candidates and keeping them updated on their candidature with Seddiqi Holding whilst ensuring highest level of customer experience and maintaining a positive image of the Seddiqi Holding Brand. Administer assessment & selection centers and online assessment tools to ensure selection of the best talent. Oversee the candidate communication and experience with the onboarding team to ensure candidate engagement and timely joining. Prepare and submit status reports to monitor the progress of the recruitment process. المهارات Bachelors in HR or any related field with tertiary qualification in HR or Recruitment practices. 4 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a well-established large organization. Should have experience in volume recruitment.
