-Evaluation/analysis of the requirements for the Planning and development of IPTV, OTT, and Mobile TV, Set Top Boxes and Gaming related platforms and services in a comprehensive and systematic approach to improve existing and new innovations. -Lead the continuous development and implementation of various techniques and standards related to the digital TV services. -Lead the continuous development and implementation of various techniques and standards related to the Headend platforms and services of IPTV, OTT, and Mobile TV, Set Top Boxes, Cloud computing & Gaming. -Initiate capacity/utilization analysis to serve as the benchmark for the current and future services & platforms of IPTV, OTT, and Mobile TV, Set Top Boxes, Cloud computing & Gaming. -Responsible in driving the growth of business segment through developing segment strategies towards convergent propositions based on qualitative and quantitative insights.-Lead business transformation through the enablement of data collection from heterogeneous sources, clustering these to help uncover meaningful business opportunities and enabling tailored propositions, which are real time to take Company to the forefront of the TV Services.-Recommend the required design and implementation of a business intelligence vision and strategy on behalf of Business Team to enhance customer experience, and relevance of information and facilitates the delivery of high-quality analytics and reports to decision-makers in Company.-Initiate comprehensive study to innovate solutions to address various Broadcast & Interactive services system issues and new services

*10+ Years of experience in IT Industry.*Proven team management experience*Lead the team for successful project planning & implementation and improved customer experience*Plan and Review the High-level Scope & Design, Program Plans, and updates of running programs.*Update Management on progress Regularly. *Manage the Section Risks and Issue. *Automating Manual work and finding innovative solutions. *Handling managerial tasks, looking after the staff & ensure full staff engagement & continues motivation*Setting SLA’s/OLA’s with all stakeholders (sections) & ensure the full tracking among all teams.*Monitor Performance of the section to ensure that the section KPIs are met by regular follow-up. *Performs any other function assigned as and when required.
