Thanks for your interest in TASC, at present we are hiring Logistic Coordinator
المهارات
*Site coordination activities, including but not limited to distribution and collection of health monitoring devices, maintenance of devices, working with supplier to rectify any technical or non-technical issues, follow up on contractors and workers to ensure smooth operation and program success.*Stakeholder engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders including departments and units within location that support worker health, safety and wellbeing, as well as external stakeholders such as contractors, suppliers and vendors, and the workers themselves.*Implement activities, policies and procedures throughout the program lifecycle and as directed by the Head of Program.*Ongoing data collection in order to support program reporting and research activities including collection of anecdotal evidence, worker testimonials and quantitative/qualitative data.*Drive program growth through increased participation and interest in the program from a variety of stakeholders.*Drive continual improvements to the program through feedback, lessons learned and recommendations.*Administrative tasks as required to ensure program participant records are up to date.Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval for audit, financial and management reviews.*Support wider worker welfare community programs.*Deliver additional tasks that maybe delegated by the Head of Program as required.*Essential (must have to perform the role)
*At least 3 years’ experience in a similar program coordination/implementation role.*Educated to degree level or equivalent practical experience*Advanced communication skills and experience presenting in front of large audiences*Proficient IT Skills (MS Office)*Proficient management skills.*Proficient coordination skills and/or experience with program operations*Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi is essential*Interest in health and wellness
