Our client is a leading multinational automotive group; seeking to recruit a “Regional Marketing Manager” that will be part of the regional team (Middle East & Africa) at their offices in Dubai, UAE. The “Regional Marketing Manager” will be reporting to the COO.

*The Regional Marketing Manager will be looking after all the regional marketing activities; communication, digital, PR, product, pricing… *Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short – term & long – range matters that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives *Obtain market share by developing and implementing the Brands’ strategies and marketing plans *Maintain the Brands’ relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs; determining company presence at conventions, forums and seminars and preserve contacts with trade associations*Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data*Influence present and future brands by determining and evaluating current and future market trends*Develop new practices by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; consulting with internal and external sources*Oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR*Partner with the Operation’s team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations*Develop and maintain partnerships with internal management stakeholders in order to influence business decision-making*Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition*Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information*Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions*Provide strategic recommendations to existing or prospective clients to include new customers/audiences, managed care, innovative programs, and market research*Build, coach and support a strong and strategically focused team and conduct timely performance appraisals of all direct reports to encourage, motivate and improve team performance*Product launch and brand development experience is required*Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Automotive advertising industry*Ability to develop department’s budgets and Brands’ Financial Planning*Candidate should have around 10 years of marketing experience at principle / distributor / dealer / Manufacturer level*Must be proactive, energetic, self-started focused on innovation and continuous improvement*Must have the ability to develop marketing plans*Ideal background would be someone who has managed comms or product (or both at various times)*Candidate must be an Arabic speaker with GCC experience*Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration; *Master’s is a plus
