Our client is a leading regional group in healthcare, dedicated to contribute to the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman Markets by supplying high quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and analytical industries. They are seeking to recruit a “Legal Executive” for UAE, KSA & Qatar to be based in Dubai & travel to KSA. The Legal Executive will be reporting to the Group CEO & MD. *Giving legal advice*Working with HR when there is a Labor case filed*Maintenance of legal files and records, as well as proof-reading these legal documents. *Conduct legal research as and when required by the manager.*Work with Finance on matters related to Collections or Cheque bounce and other matters as such*Working to solve any kind of any legal matters in Gulf region and the ones that impact business*Read and maintain new and renewal of contracts and suggest any changes before final signature*Make sure all due diligence is completed and submitted with the right content*Taking Minutes of the meeting in important meetings only*Drafting Powers of Attorney, Articles of Association, Memorandum Power of attorney*Trade license Renewals and Registration of New Licenses *Translate all kinds of legal documents from English into Arabic and vice versa*Candidate will handle KSA, Bahrain & UAE, Oman operations*Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills*Excellent Planning and Organizations skills*Excellent Communication Skills*Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions*Hold a bachelor degree in Law. Master’s degree is a plus*Minimum experience between 2 – 5 years with GCC exposure
