Operations and Maintenance Coordinator for a permanent opportunity working for a rapidly growing client within the renewable energy market. This is a permanent opportunity, working from the Dubai office focusing on projects al across the Middle East. QUALIFICATION:BSc. Engineering essentialAny QHSE General Certificate is desirableEXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of operations and asset management experience of wind assets (preferable) or solar assets JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS:§ Analyitcal skills§ Problems solving skills§ Operative Systems : Windows e Unix/Linux§ Applications : Microsoft Office PROJECT - MS Office - AUTOCad§ Other technical softwares :Asset management softwares: Meteocontrol, Skytron, GPM, QOS. Roles and responsibilities: Monitoring on a daily basis (SCADA and different asset management software tools) all the solar and wind power plants owned by the Company§ Data analysis of the solar and wind power plants and creation of related reports§ Understanding of all the KPIs values related to the solar and wind assets and analysis of the same ones§ Production of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for Lenders, Shareholders, Company and other involved parties meeting theagreed requirements§ Analysis and understanding of the O&M;Contracts and PPAs related to the solar and wind power plants making sure that all the agreed conditionsare achieved§ Analysis of the O&M;Contractors’ daily activities for both solar and wind plants and evaluation of the Contractors’ performances based on theagreed contractual conditions, ensuring that the guaranteed PR, Availability and agreed KPIs are achieved.§ Site visits and inspections for both solar and wind sites in order to verify the status of the plants and audits§ Very good understanding of electrical and mechanical design features of solar and wind power plants and resolution of the related technicalissues§ Making sure that all the solar and wind assets are following the statutory requirements for H&S;- very good understanding of the H&SregulationsSthree;UAE is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
