We are an established Real Estate Group, stable and thriving in the market for 16 long years and with branches in the UK and at one of the most premier locations in Dubai, Emirates Towers.
To leverage our company further, we need a digital marketing executive who will be in charge of strengthening our presence in social media and online platforms.
The candidate is expected to perform the following:
· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
· Design, build and maintain our social media presence
· Manage and maintain the organization’s website and social media pages
· Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapshot, Youtube, and other social media applications
· Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
· Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
· Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites
· Write and prepare contents for email marketing campaigns
· Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments in Real Estate

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field
· Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
· Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
· Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
· Must have knowledge in CRM system
