A leading Dubai based technology company is looking for a Director, Product & Members, to maintain and execute their long-term product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Product owner with delivery responsibility for the entire user facing systemCollection of strategic and operational requirements of the three stakeholders: members (B2C), business partners (B2B) and backend-admin with the respective day-to-day drafting of user stories and wireframesRunning the software development team in an agile processMaintaining and executing on a long term product roadmapResponsibility for growing and activating the member base throughout the funnel: registrations, conversions and retentionOngoing KPI-driven optimization of the end-to-end process and performance on the product
Required experience:
Entrepreneurial mindset with sharp business accumenAt least 8 years of experience running state-of-the-art digital products from the strategic perspective down to the nitty-gritty as product owner. Having e-commerce experience is added advantageAmbitious to delivery high-quality resultsAbility to explore green field market to generate product needSolid understanding of technology to run a development team. Blockchain understanding is an added advantage.Result oriented and self-motivated work attitude that is used to working toward committed objectives
