This opportunity is with a large Government entity based in the UAE.
As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible to oversee and administer the employee’s perfect rewards and smart benefits. You will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust, and satisfaction. You will attract, retain and motivate high-quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as the best place to work. You will generate compensation related reports, new recruitment salary benchmark, end of service settlements, and assist with maintaining accurate HR related data in Oracle.
You will be responsible to define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals, creating and maintaining the company structure and position hierarchy in the HR System. You will ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.), use various methods and techniques and make data-based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.
المهارات
To be Successful, you will have 7+ years of experience in HR within Compensation and Benefits function along with expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. A bachelor’s degree holder in management with a specialization in HR or related field will be preferred.
